How can I create an account?
To start your great experience with 2-2-Bee, please create an account by following these steps:
  1. Download the app from Google Play store or Apple App store
  2. Tap "New User? Create your 2-2-Bee account"
  3. Fill-out the form with the necessary information
  4. Tap "Sign Up"
  5. Enter the Verification Code that will be sent to your registered number
  6. Select Customer as your default Profile
  7. Select Customer as your default Profile
  8. Select Customer as your default Profile
  9. Tap "Continue"
  10. Tap the "Camera" icon if you wish to upload a different photo
Can I change the information on my profile?
You can only update your Home and Email address for safety purposes. To do this, simply follow these steps:
  1. Login to your 2-2-Bee account
  2. Tap the "Menu" button (three horizontal lines)
  3. Tap "Update Profile"
  4. Enter the information on the field that you want to update
  5. Tap "Save"

  6. To change the photo of your Profile photo
  7. Tap "Select Photo" or "Take Selfie" to upload your new photo
  8. Tap "Save"
Where will you launch the app?

As of now, 2-2-Bee delivers within Bulacan, primarily at Pandi. Soon, we will be expanding our coverage to other municipalities and provinces.

What is the minimum system requirement to use the app?

For seamless experience on the app, you must have at least: Android version: 6.0 Marshmallow RAM: 2 GB Storage: 200 MB

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with cash for your orders while we work on to include cashless payment methods in the future.

What are the different 2-2-Bee products that I can use?
You can place your order on the following products:

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fee varies depending on your location and the vehicle you will select to deliver your orders. 2-2-Bee app will show you the breakdown of charges (product and delivery) so you can confirm your transaction thereafter.

How long does it take for a delivery?

Delivery time varies depending on distance from the merchant to your locatin. Certain situations such as traffic, weather, and merchant preparation time must be considered as well. Please know that we're working hard to get your items delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.

Can I change my order?

For easier transactions, changes on orders after confirmation are prohibited. We highly recommend reviewing your basket before confirming your orders. Let us show our support to our merchants by not changing our orders. They are working hard to provide us with the goods we need.

Can I cancel my order?

To help improve the service experience of all users, the cancellation of orders is prohibited. Once the merchant confirmed the availability of your items, it will be automatically assigned to a rider for delivery.

Can I place multiple orders from other merchants in a transaction?
Definitely! This is the best part about 2-2-Bee! You can place orders (up to 3 merchants) from the following selected 2-2-Bee products:

Palengke

Grocery

Meals

Pasalubong

Hygiene & Wellness

Backyard Fresh

Can I use other 2-2-Bee products while waiting for my order?

Once you have confirmed your order, our assigned 2-2-Bee merchant and rider will be mobilized to fulfill the transaction first. You will not be able to place another order temporarily while the current transaction is still ongoing. Once the transaction is fulfilled, you can make another transaction with 2-2-Bee.

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We strive to maintain an updated inventory. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, you will be notified after confirming your orders.

Will I get a receipt for my delivery?

You may go to Menu (three horizontal lines) then select "Book "History" to easily check your virtual receipts from previous transactions for the past 7 days.

Can I still change the vehicle after confirming my orders?

Definitely! You can change the vehicle by tapping on the vehicle icon at the bottom of the page beside the "Find Rider" button.

How can I track the progress of my delivery?

We recommend checking your app to track your rider. If your order has not arrived until the target time, kindly call Customer Service for assistance.

How can I order from ‘Palengke’?
Simply follow these steps:
  1. Login to your 2-2-Bee account
  2. Tap "Palengke" from the list
  3. Choose the vehicle for your delivery
  4. Search by location, merchant, or product
  5. Select the store
  6. Select the item you want to order
  7. Enter the number of items on the "Quantity" field
  8. Tap "Add to my basket"
  9. Tap "View Basket"
  10. Tap "Confirm My Order"
  11. Review the address for delivery
  12. Tap "Find Rider"
How can I order from ‘Meals’?
Simply follow these steps:
  1. Login to your 2-2-Bee account
  2. Tap Meals from the list
  3. Choose the vehicle for your delivery
  4. Search by location, merchant, or product
  5. Select the restaurant
  6. Select the food you want to order
  7. Enter the number of meal on the Quantity field
  8. Tap Add to my basket
  9. Tap View Basket
  10. Tap Confirm My Order
  11. Review the address for delivery

How can I order from ‘Hygiene & Wellness’?

Simply follow these steps:
  1. Login to your 2-2-Bee account
  2. Tap Pabili from the list
  3. Choose the vehicle for your delivery
  4. Tap Continue
  5. Enter your location, store name, merchant address, and your Pabili budget
  6. Enter the product name or add a photo of the item you want to buy
  7. Enter the quantity and unit
  8. Tap the "+" beside the Unit field to add the product to your basket
  9. Tap Check Pabili Basket
  10. Review your Pabili Basket
  11. Tap Find Rider
How can I order from ‘Home Essentials’?
Simply follow these steps:
  1. Login to your 2-2-Bee account
  2. Tap Home Essentials from the list
  3. Confirm Home address
  4. Enter the furniture or tap the magnifying icon to browse the list
  5. Select the merchant
  6. Select the furniture that you want to buy
  7. Enter the number of the order on the Quantity field
  8. Tap Add to my basket
  9. Tap View Basket
  10. Tap Schedule Delivery
  11. Review the address for delivery
  12. Select Date and Time
  13. Tap Set Delivery Schedule
How can I book ‘Hatid’ ?
Simply follow these steps:
  1. Login to your 2-2-Bee account
  2. Tap Hatid from the list
  3. Choose the vehicle for your delivery
  4. Enter the Pick-up address
  5. Enter the Contact information (Contact person, number, and item description)
  6. Enter the Drop-off destination
  7. Tap the Add button to confirm the details
  8. Tap Find Rider
How can I book ’Sakay’ ?
Simply follow these steps:
  1. Login to your 2-2-Bee account
  2. Tap Sakay from the list
  3. Select Tricycle for the vehicle
  4. Enter your Pick-up address
  5. Enter your Drop-off destination
  6. Tap the Add button to confirm the details
  7. Tap Find Rider
How can I book ‘Services’ ?
Simply follow these steps:
  1. Login to your 2-2-Bee account
  2. Tap Services from the list
  3. Enter the address for service
  4. Enter the service you need or tap the magnifying icon to browse the list
  5. Select the merchant
  6. Select the service
  7. Enter the number of unit for the service on the Quantity field
  8. Tap Add to my basket
  9. Tap View Basket
  10. Tap Confirm My Order
  11. Review the address
  12. Select Date and Time
  13. Tap Set Schedule
